ReCAAP issues Abu Sayyaf Group kidnap warning

Kidnap for Ransom, Maritime Security, Piracy, smuggling, Southeast Asia 1 Minute

Following similar warnings earlier in the year, the ReCAAP ISC has issued a new alert that elements of the terrorist Abu Sayyaf Group, is operational in Tawi-Tawi and Sabah waters, looking for kidnap targets.
